The footwear in our range is manufactured using a direct injection system. Production is carried out using liquid components that are injected into a mould on the uppers, penetrate their structure and a bonding reaction between the bottom and the upper takes place. The advantage of this technology is the high durability and reliability of the footwear.
Two-stage injection moulding of polyurethane and PU/TPU thermoplastic polyurethane
Thermoplastic polyurethane is a plasticised form of polyurethane, thus combining the properties of rubber and polyurethane, making footwear non-scratching, with excellent slip resistance and abrasion and cut resistance, while remaining lightweight and flexible.
A thermoplastic polyurethane tread combined with a foamed polyurethane midsole creates a sole that combines durability, functionality and high comfort.

PU/PU - Two-stage polyurethane injection PU/PU
Polyurethane is the most commonly used material for safety footwear. Thanks to its properties, it is able to offer comfortable and functional footwear for various workplaces. The use of dual-density polyurethane results in a soft, flexible sole that finds use in a variety of conditions. The outer layer at the ground contact is solid polyurethane characterised by high abrasion and cut resistance. The inner layer is a foamed polyurethane that makes the footwear lightweight, flexible and effectively soothes uneven ground.

PU/Rubber - Direct injection of polyurethane into PU/Rubber tread
PU/Rubber is a unique footwear range that guarantees the highest comfort in tough conditions. The combination of rubber tread with a soft and flexible polyurethane layer ensures high safety and comfort in a variety of conditions. The outer layer is a solid rubber with high resistance to oils, petrol, other organic solvents, diluted acid and alkali solutions, resistant to abrasion, cutting and temperatures up to 300oC in short-term contact The inner layer is a foamed polyurethane that makes the footwear light, flexible and effectively softens unevenness of the ground. It is a sole perfectly suited to special tasks.

PU - PU injection technology for all-plastic footwear
Polyurethane safety footwear are an innovative solution which, thanks to their properties, are an excellent alternative to the commonly used PVC and rubber footwear. The polyurethane system used provides very good resistance to chemicals, fats and mineral and vegetable oils. Thanks to its structure, it has excellent thermal insulation and is resistant to oils, petrol, organic solvents, diluted acid and alkali solutions and detergents.
